Musical Workout

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY :) I love you dad!



Today's Workout-

Ok, so do ever wanna just break out into song while you're working out? No? Maybe that's just me. Today I seriously wanted to bust out singing...but I think I would have scared all of the gym patrons away ;). My playlist was definitely better than my workout, in fact, I don't even remember much of it because in my head I was bustin' out the lyrics - musical theater style :)

Workout: 10 min erg, 30 min arc trainer, 10 min elliptical, abs

Yes, I was by myself, and still in my sweaty clothes. This is a no judgment space people. And, please don't be jealous of my sweet dance moves ;). I'm totally kidding.

Time to shower, eat (thank god), study, and do laundry for the rest of the day. Sweet!

  1. I have definitely almost fallen off the treadmill multiple times while jamming to britney spears! I also work out in the tiny room at my apartment complex and occasionally start singing out loud and hope that no one has come in the room.

  3. I regular bust moves both when no one is watching and when everyone is watching. This would be cool, but my moves are not cool, so it's not cool. I loooooove that scene of that movie (well, everything about that movie, really!)

    Lately, I've been really into uptempo alternative or rock in my workouts. And mashups, loving mashups.

  4. Love it! And yes, I totally bust out in song when I'm running, and I don't care who sees! Sometimes I even add dance moves. Why not enjoy yourself, right? ;)
